The 4 core elements of freediving are developed here. The Freedive signature method of instruction leaves no BUBBLE WASTED. Learn from the experts the skills, knowledge and experience required to conserve oxygen, equalize properly, be flexible for depth, and apply safety first.

The Open Water Freediver program flows with total precision from your professional Freediving Instructor.

During your Open Water Freediving course you will experience a minimum of 2 pool sessions.

Advanced Freediver

In the RAID Advanced Freediver course you acquire the Proper skills and knowledge to safely freedive to depths of 30 meters / 100 feet. You will develop skills necessary to train your body to be more efficient with oxygen, gain better respiration and muscle flexibility and learn new skills to explore your Freediving potential to the maximum.

The ‘Advanced Freediver' course is all about developing the skills you learnt in your RAID WSF Freediver course. 

Your understanding of the 4 core elements of freediving are developed here. Extend your knowledge of freediving and learn new skills and techniques to take your freediving to the next level.

the WSF Advanced Freediver program flows with total precision from your professional Freediving Instructor.

During your WSF Advanced Freediving course you will experience 2 pool sessions and a minimum of 4 open water freediving sessions, freediving to a maximum depth of 30 metres or 99 feet.

This course is an introduction to Freediving where you will learn about the history of the sport, the disciplines involved, how to breathe correctly for freediving and how to hold your breath. In confined water you then get to experience static and dynamic apnea and put what you have learnt into practice. This course will inspire you to learn more on our RAID Freediver Course and explore what you are capable of in the underwater world.

NOTE: Certification is only valid for 7 days from date of completion.
