To get your certification you need to read the manuals for each section and complete the Quick Quiz.

When you have passed all the Quick Quiz questions, move on to the final exam. During this time, contact a RAID Dive Centre (Under My Dive Centre) and arrange for your practical in water training and ask them to help you with equipment advice or purchases.

This is an open book exam and you need to research the manual to find the correct answers yourself! Before writing the exam log out & back in to ensure you do not get expired page/time and lose all your answers!

Introduction

The RAID Scuba Diver program was designed to accommodate those who are short on time and can't complete the full Open Water 20 course. The Scuba Diver program is derived from the RAID Open Water 20 course and provides you with basic knowledge and the full experience of scuba diving and the underwater World.

Upon completion of the RAID Scuba Diver program you will receive a certification card indicating your completion of the course. This will allow you to dive to a maximum depth of 12 metres/40ft with a dive professional across many parts of the world. The Scuba Diver certification is also a recognition of learning and allows you to fast track your RAID Open Water 20 course at a later date by not having to repeat any skills that overlap with the two programs.

They will arrange your class and in-water sessions and help you with equipment advice or purchases.

The quizzes and exam are “open book”. This means you are required to read the manuals and then if needed, research the manual to find the correct answers. What is the Junior Explorer 30 course all about?

The RAID Junior Explorer 30 course is an exciting, fun programme designed to increase your skills and understanding of the important core areas of diving. This course is largely practical so you have more time to enjoy your journey and practice the skills your Instructor will teach you.

The course will take you on 5 different dives so you expand on the knowledge and skills learned during your Open Water course. The theory section is a general overview of each core session and some important information to take away regarding each dive.

You will do a small quiz for this section and final exam online or in your dive centre. These will cover the main topics and any safety aspects you need to know. Your instructor will review this information before your dives so no formal classroom time is required.

INTRODUCCIÓN

El programa del Nivel 2 se basa en tu experiencia y desarrolla el entendimiento y destrezas para bucear más profundo, y trabajar en la destreza fundamental de control de flotabilidad. Esto no le quita la diversión que el programa ha instalado, tal como la sección de Búsqueda y Descubrimiento y aprender del reino acuático.

Si te has unido a RAID por primera vez ó has completado el Nivel 1 para repasar el procedimiento:

• Lee todos los documentos PDF y luego completa la Prueba Rápida.
• La prueba es a libro abierto así que no te tensiones.
• Al terminar todas las preguntas de la Prueba Rápida, completa el examen final.
• Si no lo pasas, vuelve a leer la sección con la cual no te sientes cómodo ó contacta el Centro de Buceo local que se encuentra bajo Mi Centro de Buceo y pide ayuda.
• Puedes intentar con las preguntas 10 veces, y una vez que hayas pasado sigue al siguiente.

¡Este es un examen a libro abierto y necesitas investigar el material para encontrar las respuestas correctas por ti mismo!

Una vez que hayas pasado, puedes ver tus respuestas incorrectas; sólo dale clic en el boton "VER" (VIEW) en seguida de la puntuación para leer todo y ver las respuestas correctas.

Antes de terminar el examen final, contacta a un Centro RAID de Buceo y arregla todo para que completes el entrenamiento dentro del agua una vez que hayas pasado el examen.

¿Qué es un Asistente de Buceo? (Dive Master)

¿Es el distintivo? ¿Es la necesidad de agregar otra cualificación a la lista? Bueno, esperamos que no, el programa Nivel 4 es una continuación del Entrenamiento de Rescate Nivel 3; desarrollar las Destrezas de Manejo de Problemas del repaso de destrezas de rescate el cual nunca se puede enfatizar demasiado, el desarrollo de la Demostración de Destrezas del Buzo y Asistir a un Instructor RAID, con unas cuantas cosas agregadas con un fin educativo. La característica principal de este Nivel de entrenamiento es tu actitud. El mejor curso del mundo no dará resultados si tu corazón y compromiso no están ahí.

Hay un dicho Zen que dice: Debes dominar la mente, en vez de ser dominado por la mente.

Al empezar este nivel, debes tener la fe y el entusiasmo que se necesita, pero la prueba verdadera viene a largo plazo, ¡y debes mantener la posición de "dominar la mente"!

¡Este es un examen a libro abierto y necesitas investigar el material para encontrar las respuestas correctas por ti mismo!

Para empezar el programa, tener un mínimo de:

• 25 horas registradas usando circuito abierto.
• Entregar la certificación para el programa RAID de Rescate Nivel 3, Circuito Abierto y/o el equivalente y/o completar, a satisfacción del instructor, el mínimo de destrezas del nivel 3 dentro del agua en circuito abierto.
• El instructor evaluará estas destrezas.
• Entregar certificados de Navegación, Visibilidad Nocturna/Baja Visibilidad y Profundidad (de las cuales un mínimo de 5 horas son entre 27 y 40 metros / entre 89 y 132 pies) y/o el equivalente.
• Entregar un Certificado actual de Respiración de Rescate / Entrenamiento en CPR y Proveedor de Oxígeno. (DAN/equivalente)
