  • Diving is an exciting and demanding activity.
  • Do not participate in scuba diving without recognised training.
  • Improper use of scuba equipment can result in serious injury.
  • Before any practical training you will be required to complete and pass the Diver Medical Participant Questionnaire, Liability Release and Safe Diving Practices forms. Once you are registered and logged in, the online version of these forms can be found in Profile/Submit Medical, Liability Release and Safe Diving Practices Forms

By completion of the registration information above you accept and understand that the sensitive personal data and any other information secured/provided through this web site and/or through the training programs may be made available to local authorities and/or law enforcement, world-wide upon demand. It must also be understood that your information (personal data) will be provided by you, through appointment, to a select section of RAID members for the purposes of providing safe diving practices. It must be understood that your sensitive personal data, once provided by you to the appointed RAID members may be recalled by them at any time thereafter and they have full access to your personal data. It must be further noted that request for erasure of personal data cannot be applied as the very nature of diving activities such information as your personal data may be needed by RAID members for auditing and /or other official reasons.

How will we use the information about you?

The information about you is provided to selected RAID members such as appointed dive centers, Instructors / Divemasters; RAID staff and associated regional representatives, in addition to any law enforcement agency that may request such information; rescue services and or medical personal as required. These details are required to ensure safe diving practices as prescribe by regulatory authorities(WRSTC), local regulations and International Standards(ISO). The information may be used by RAID to obtain statically data, historical information and or training / course records for up to 7 years, but not to be provided to third parties other than already stated / mentioned. Please note that RAID cannot accept responsibility for any actions that any of the above mentioned do with your details even though we have taken all reasonable actions. Once you have started any course your personal details will be kept on record for a minimum of 7 years. Once you have started any course with a RAID dive center they will have access to your details as recorded for the next 7 years as required by regulations.
